If you could choose between these 2 cars which would it be?

the 2009 370Z with sports package and paddle shifters OR the 2009 maxima same with sport package and paddle shifters.

They're both rough around 35,000 dollars. The maxima is more luxrious with leather heated seats, bose audio system, sunroof etc. However the Z has 40 more horse power and 10 more lb ft of torque. Which would you go with? it's a really hard decision for me to make.

The Maxima if fully loaded because then it's like a lesser G35. If not then the 370z is a cool car also.
