If You Could Choose One Video Game To Be Made Into A Movie...

What would you choose? Any specific actors or directors? Let's also, for the sake of this question, imagine game to movie adaptation were good to begin with and had a nice reputation. Otherwise nobody would want to vote for anything! :lol:

As for me, I'm not quite sure. I would choose Dragon Age or Mass Effect but neither would transfer well to films, even if it was a good film, as my personal character wouldn't be in it. So I would, oddly enough, probably go for a CGI Team Fortress 2 film. The ccharacters are already awesome, and if someone could pull it off correctly, it would be one heck of a funny film!

I think Dishonored would have a chance at being a good movie.

A Halo movie or Half Life 2 movie could be done however, it shouldn't be based on the main character of the game. They should be based on your typical UNSC soldier and a rebel, respectively. Maybe a Killzone movie too. And perhaps a Jak and Daxter movie. Hell I could go on. :P

Master Cheif? Possibly. The voice actor portraying him in Forward Unto Dawn miniseries was alright.

Gordon Freeman? You know, even if a movie was done on him, I think it's possible that he'd never talk. Maybe a few grunts or sighs but no actual scripts.

from what ive read about the original, its really not that similar to Kratos' story.

its perseus' story about saving a girl. fights the kraken and such.

[spoiler] nothing about seeking out and killing nearly all the gods one by one. then eventually killing Zeus. [/spoiler]
