If you could do any one thing, what would you do? By "one thing" I mean like a specific action, scenario, plot, superpower, idea, and so on. One unified and coherent thing that is easy to explain. I was studying and remembered I saw the idea somewhere (not that interview you're referring to) and thought it'd make life so much easier.

Create a boundary in my mind that's just for purely thinking and another for using my power of choice. I know its easier said than done, but after practicing long enough, I should get the hang of it...
1st priority is to have the girl of my dreams and have a big family with her.
2nd is to become invisible and trespass walls like a ghost and become human everytime i wanted to and can touch anything while in ghost form (like a better version of danny phantom, hell i miss that movie, last time i watched is like 3-4 years ago) you know where i will be at!!!
Ever since I can remember I've always wanted to fly, not in a plane just on my own. Just jump off the ground and take flight, that would be awesome... although being able to turn invisible at will would be interesting too.
I wish I could relive my life from the beginning while keeping my memories, knowledge, ideologies and strength intact throughout childhood. Should be funny to hear a pre-schooler talk about religion and ideologies from a secular standpoint. :P

As simple as it sounds, and not as magical or awesome as some of yours, I'd like to be popular and liked and respected by everyone. Let me clarify. I'd like to be able to walk into a room of people and walk out and everyone felt as if they'd just met the coolest dude in the world. Now for the reasoning. This would help me in getting a job/career. This would help me out if I opened my own business and sold something. This would help me out with women and dating. This would help me in getting hooked up when I need something fixed. The possibilities are abounding. People would think you're lucky but they'd like the sh** out of you. I'd never have to worry about much because it'd be a great life. Uber charisma and charm.
