I'd want the whole premium package.

 Tentacles, fins, dorsal spines, bat wings, a cloaca, scorpion tail, and kitty cat ears for cute factor.  Girls find cats cute. 

 A boy with cat ears = instant girl attention.  Which parts would you want?
