Um no. The banning and hugs are different things, but if someone was banned I wouldn't deny them a hug.

Speed: just running really fast and stealing peoples stuff in a blink of an eye.

Elements: control fire for BBQ, water when I'm feeling evil and well for wind, A girls dress + sudden updraft

Superpowers eh? Healing factor, almost to the point that I'd stop aging and be almost immortal. It would also have to lend an influence to other factors concerning my body, seeing that it would speed up metabolism and cellular processes. So maybe heightened senses; like better vision, smell, hearing, taste, touch, etc. Leading to physical increases, like a fine trained athlete at his peak.

Maybe that's asking for a bit much but it would be nice. Basically Wolverine minus the claws.

As for the issue with crime, I would allow the authorities to do their jobs, I've quite a bit going on in my life as it is, having such talents could only complicate it more if I were to choose the route of the vigilante.
