Which group would it be? Vegetables, fruits, dairy, meats, sugar, bread, etc...?

I'm leaning toward sugar lol. :D

Vegetables, as long as we include root veg in there. You'd still have a tough time getting protein, but it would be the most balanced of any of the food groups by itself. Grains would be a close second, although where they're chock full of minerals they're a bit bare in the vitamin department.

I think tofu and soy beans can be classified as vegetables. Actually I guess they are 'legumes' but I'm sure they could still fit under the vegetable category.

Yeah, if we include beans then the vegetable category gets even better, as you can basically get your protein from them and potatoes. I mean, it wouldn't be my first choice for taste, but you'd live longer on it than if you just ate meat or fruit or something.

That is really tough, but I'd have to go with meats, since I love milk and cheese, but I would need bread at least in order to truly enjoy them. So I'll have to go with meat.

Fruit. As much as i LOVE meat it's something I couldn't eat for the rest of my life. Fruit on the other hand I can eat non-stop :)

I would go with meat. I would just take vitamins to get the rest of the nutrients that I would get from the other food group.
