Vegetables, as long as we include root veg in there. You'd still have a tough time getting protein, but it would be the most balanced of any of the food groups by itself. Grains would be a close second, although where they're chock full of minerals they're a bit bare in the vitamin department.DJ_LaeI think tofu and soy beans can be classified as vegetables. Yeah, if we include beans then the vegetable category gets even better, as you can basically get your protein from them and potatoes.
