About halfway down. It was in the upper 20s in Bush's first term. This is according to the Gallup poll. It also says congress' current approval rating is at 14%.

The dollar may be low currently, but the economy as a whole is doing very well, so don't worry about a depression. And as for pulling soldiers out of Iraq, that would just be flat out terrible for everyone involved.
