I know when I was in college, if you fell below a 2.0 gpa you were at risk of losing your financial aid.
Are you mentally disabled or something? How could you possibly get such terrible grades? Anything under an A is pathetic.
[QUOTE="comp_atkins"][QUOTE="PelicanRebelLdr"]It sounds like someone has below a 2.0 in college and needs our help...Deitayjudging by his grammar at least :P Epicly fail of an mistake. You are truly going to regret making that statement on my behalf.
Are he going to hit guy in face?
WMU puts you on academic probation, and if you don't bring it up above 2.0 next semester you get kicked out.Guppy507
If your GPA is impossible to bring up to a 2 because of a ridiculously low GPA(ii.e less than a 1) they will probably keep you as long as your GPA increases.
At my school, you get put on probation, another quarter below 2.0 and it's a suspension. One more quarter and you get kicked out. But anyone with a pulse should never stoop below a 3.0...monkeytoes61
Whatever GPA you get is pretty irrelevant as long as it above a 2 in most cases in your first two years. If you are going ot do a masters in something you have to get a 3 and above in your last two years.

Necrifer
idk for sure.
It's probably secretly YOU
Probably[QUOTE="Ring_of_fire"]Why don't you check your university policies?DeitayWhy do you not you do it for me? A) I don't know where you go. B) If it's something you're worried about, it's something you should do and not expect people to do it for you
You go on  academic probation and you have a semester to bring it back over a certain GPA.
I've never actually been in that situation ,but I believe that is the policy at my university.
If you drop bellow a 2.0 you clearly aren't ready to handle college, or you're too stupid for college. Â Either way you should get your shit together.Â

It depends how much below 2.0 you are and how many credits you have left? Either way, most likely you'll be put on Academic probation, and have to improve your GPA, this has not happened to me, but my school discussed this at orientation. If you have a 1.7-1.9, I'd stay in school and try to get above a 2.0 or at least show improvement, otherwise continue at your own expense.layton2012
My university puts you on academic probation automatically if you get below a 2 no matter how many credits you have. This is what I heard from some of my friends that actually got below a 2 in their first semester of university. I have never gotten below a 2 before.

They were meant as two separate questions, because if you are under 2.0 but only have so many credits left, it may be impossible to raise your GPA above 2.0.Please Log In to post.
