If you had NO choice, and it was to far to walk, Taxi or Metrobus?

Say you were stranded in the dense forested afghanistan, or a poor city where your home is far but there was no way to walk, or it would be way to far.

Would you take your chances with a more sly, maybe possibly trick you out your credit card money, indian driving Taxi? Or would you go into a Bus, might e a tad slower, but is usually driven by some black guy with the voice of barry white and seems cool, but you may get some crazies on there.
