mine would be to not have to worry about money for the rest of my life, ie winning lottery (not much chance seen as I dont enter!) Everything else then would just fall into place:) I like your sig, presume its not you though otherwise you wouldnt be wishing for a lay!! :)
Assuming the above to be unavailable, I would wish that the human soul be real and that we everyone continue to exist beyond death because, lets face it, living forever will suck once the human race is wiped off the planet by disease, meteor, caldera explosion, war, or some other unknown factor.
Ask for enough money to never have to worry about money again for myself and friends and family. Make it so money isn't an issue. I already have people around me who love me and as shallow as this sounds from many people, you can do pretty much whatever you want with enough money in this day and age... So yea, that's about right.
Of course unless asking for more wishes was allowed, then well, I'd have to think.
But seriously, having a house in every major city on the planet, a private jet that takes off whenever I want to go where I want, eat where I want, take my friends and family anywhere, whatever.

If you could only get her back with a wish, would you really want her? There's six billion people on the planet, don't waste your wish. Alternatively, how about wishing instead to know who your true love is, or unlimited knowledge, omniscience; all of which would net you a new and better woman. Score!
