I'd rather watch a train-wreck than emo vampires, at least I can find some amusement in how terrible a flop is. Emo vampires, on the other hand, I just have to sit around and listen to their whining and watch their brooding for god knows how long, pass.
It should also be noted that Heaven's Gate changed how Hollywood makes movies now. Also, the movie played a part in why we don't see that many Western movies anymore.

Now there's a tough choice, that crapfest or emo vampires. I'd probably take the latter just because I've seen the former and don't want to have to sit through it AGAIN.

Wow, and I thought I was the only one who didn't like that movie. I'd still rather watch Heaven's Gate, though.
Anyway, I'll go with Heaven's Gate. I don't care if it's actually the worst hollywood movie ever or not, I refuse to watch or read anything related to the Twilight saga other than trailers and book covers.

I'm constantly wondering the same thing too, as everyone else seems to love it. I tried watching The Deer Hunter five times, fell asleep four of them. I'm not joking, either...I don't think I've ever watched a movie as boring.
