Nope. I've often thought about what would happen if I was stranded in the desert with a friend, then they died and I had the option of eating them to survive. I've decided that I couldn't do it.
Yes. Easy to say no when you're full and healthy, but I'd put a sure bet that pure survival instinct would kick in at some point. I couldn't say for certain, but if it was that or death, I'd choose survival.
I would gladly do it if it meant the difference between life and death.
You can say whatever you want about it now, but if it came down to a choice between living and dieing the vast majority of people will choose life, no matter the cost. Evolution has built us to be survivors.
In the past I would have said that I would never resort to cannabalism when this question is brought up, but now if I had to I would do it to survive. Survival of the fittest, and well, I know that I won't be the first one to die off first.
