What kind of gun would you use? A shotgun, or an automatic rifle, an automatic carbine...
I can't imagine myself at war. But I want to know your thoughts.

Normally you don't get to choose. But if I were drafted into the U.S. Army, I would want an M14 over an M16. I want the power of the 7.62 round, and the reliability of the M14 weapon system.
Water balloon ca=[QUOTE="FunkWeasel"]I know, but... If I had to choose, I'd choose a carbine. It's like a smaller assault rifle. I much prefer the M4 over the M16.Normally you don't get to choose. Realistically, not talking vulcan cannons or chainsaws or anything stupid like that?
Probably some kind of battle rifle like an FN FAL, H&K G3, or FN SCAR-H. I'd want the range and stopping power of a full sized cartridge. I also like the fact that they tend to be designed more for semi-auto since full auto wastes ammo.
barehanded....being Kryptonian I've never had to worry about weapons....Omni-Slash

Yeah the P90 is a very nasty little thing. Armor piercing, 50 round magazine, and surprisingly accurate.
Both those guns are also bullpup designs so they have a much longer barrel than say something like a M4 and both are good for CQB. Its also cool that you can even see how much ammo you have left with the P90.heard the ACME anvil has claimed more lives though...I want the Illudium Q-36 Explosive Space Modulator or Acme Disintergrating Ray Pistol

P90 is sort of big for a back up though, and its to small of a calliber to be a front line weapon. I'd just take a colt M1911 as a back up.

You do realize that 5.7x28mm used in the P90 is actually slightly larger in diameter than the 5.56mm used in most modern assault rifles? And that 5.7 has nearly the same velocity as 5.56?
Also a 1911 has a puny 7 round magazine and won't touch body armor, which everyone is wearing on a modern battlefield.

I meant surprisingly long not that it was longer (even though i said that lol). The range of the P90 is like 2-300m while the M4 has a range of like 5-600m. I know its sort of big but if i could i would lol. For a pistol maybe the FN FiveSeven.

I thought it was smaller calliber? Are you sure? The Barrel is to short for it to be a real a real frontline combat weapon too. Though you can get armor piercing rounds for most every round, so the M1911 would be fine.

I own a Five Seven, so yes, I'm sure. Side by side the 5.7 looks just like a necked down 5.56.
You're probably thinking of the H&K 4.6mm used in the MP7.

heard the ACME anvil has claimed more lives though... R.I.P coyote :(Thought its gonna be some thread bout why would you go to war (reasons) and if you were drafted how would you feal...
Not a gun discusion...
A Tank.
The one I will be driving in a year or two, hopefully...
But if I *had* to choose a gun, I imagine I'd go with the G36K.
Shotgun. If I had to go to war I'd want to be in the very front doing room sweeping. Why? Because the closer you are to the enemy, the less likely he is to shell/bomb you. And it's the shells and bombs you can't do anything about, it's just a game of chance.
At least in room sweeping if you get shot it's because someone bettered you.
