Which one? I'd say I'd want to lose my left arm, but only from the elbow down. That way, I can still use my elbow for a controller, and my other hand for face buttons/right stick.

You do realize that without your big toe, you will have difficulty walking? Just saying =P Anyway, the appendix of course. Some evolutionary biologists speculate it might eventually disappear from our body in generations to come as it is not needed and it is just sort of there.
