If you had to pick. Iron Maiden or Metallica?

iron maiden.

Early Metallica (up to And justice for all) was amazing. After that it went downhill for my taste.

Iron Maiden wrote some of the best songs I'd ever heard. I think I'll go with iron maiden.

I like both but will give the edge to Iron Maiden. Metallica has higher highs and lower lows, and Iron Maiden has a more consistent library. Also, prefer Dickinson's voice to Hetfield's.

Iron Maiden. Kind of like one or two early Metallica albums, but they've been mediocre since they started. Even their stuff that's supposed to be amazing bores me. I quit that concert movie S&M after thirty minutes.

Teenage Heathen would have been all about Metallica but, older Heathen much prefers Iron Maiden. still got love for early Metallica but the best part of the band left and formed Megadeth (a much better band).

Was just watching some live Maiden at a festival in Rio yesterday. Those old bastards still tear it up.

Love both, but gotta go with Metallica, just more bangers overall, first 4 albums are perfect from beginning to end

While I love the early Metallica I definitely prefer Iron Maiden.
