if you were king of the world...

i'm taking speech in summer school, and our first speech is an introductory speech about ourselves. one of the questions were "if you were king of the world, which 2 laws would you pass that everybody has to follow?" i could only think of one and i need some ideas for the second one... my first one (not going into detail) was to limit the salaries of movie stars, musicians, and athletes so all of the money can go to charities, college scholarships, end world hunder, etc... i'm not sure about the second one though... any ideas?bminns

1. No Gangbangin

Well, first of all, I would be Queen/Dictator of the world...

1. Stop global warming

2. Get rid of nuclear weapons

1. no work

2. good beds 

1. have required flow of tax dollars to modernize Africa and other former-colonial third world countries.

2. mandatory military service, for "underachievers"

First Law:WORSHIP ME, IF NOT, YOU DIE.

Second Law:Bring back gladiator fights.

Be considerate and nice. If you do one a-hole thing, you are forced to do community service.

Well... that's probably the only thing I can think of. If people were nicer, and weren't so egocentric all the time, the world would be a better place 

-Mandatory screening for those that want to reproduce, and a limit on how many children they can have if they do pass.  If you think I'm joking, I'm not.  If people raised their children properly, it would solve a lot of problems.  People who adopt must do it, so should those who have babies.

-License a large majority of people to carry concealed firearms, also after a screening process.

Because I really have nothing else better to do at work:

1. All religions are outlawed. Information about religions is free, and shall not be infringed apon, but making decisions based solely on religious ideals will be considered a crime against the State.
a. As such, all churches will be converted to hospitals, homeless shelters, libraries or other community-serving needs.
b. Religious seminaries will be converted to libraries, and places of study for the lower-income portion of population.
c. Ministry groups, priests, and the like will be conscripted into the peace corp or other non-religious, human-serving group unless the individual wishes otherwise.

2. The Earth Police Force will be set up to globalize the enforcement of rules.
a. All actions by the EPF will be non-lethal.
b. EPF will only intervene if one (group or individual) citizen(s) is interveening on the rights of another. Non-violent and victimless offenders will released from jails/penitentiaries and will not have any enforcement brought against them under the EPF.
c. The EPF will not be held responsible for past injustices under previous penal systems.

3. Military, for most part, will be disbanded. Funds will be spent on social welfare, and on space and scientific research. Some funds will be reallocated to the Earth Police Force.
a. Previous Military personel will be given the option of entering civilian life, the Earth Police Force, or being retrained, at state expense, for another job of their choosing.
b. Military equipment will either be confiscated by the EPF, or stripped down for social or scientific purposes.

4. The law of the land will be: Serve humanity.
a. That which does not benefit humanity will be not be infringed apon, unless it falls under the conditions mentioned in (b)
b. That which interferes or hinders humanity's progress will be outlawed or actively discouraged.
c. A court of the people will decide which of the two an issue falls under, excluding that which interferes with any other condition mentioned in this document.

1. All Shall worship Thy Emperor

2. All Shall obey Thy Emperor.
