1. Education - Specifically K-12. We keep falling back in the pack. A strong education foundations builds a better foundation for the future of the country.
2. Healthcare - Specifically lawsuit reform and pharmaceutical reform, so hospitals don't have to buy ridiculously expensive insurance to cover every person who sues for millions just because they got an extra stitch and eliminating drug patent laws so that generics can help drive prices to competitive levels. Also eliminate laws about buying across the border to once again increase competition. It will drive down costs thus reducing the cost of medicare and medicade also reducing the prices of private insurance for individuals and employers.
3. Electrical grid redone - Ours it very outdated and inefficient. Also eliminate coal plants and replace with nuclear as it is the most efficient energy form we can produce on massive levels without massive costs.
4. Bridge and road infrastructure - Should have been done a long time ago.
5. Reduce military budget and reinvest some of that into NASA/college research grants - NASA/colleges are where some of our biggest technological and medical advancements come from. Force them to start on renewable energy.
6. Massive garbage reduction - Go through landfills and start pulling crap that can be recycled and recycle it. Things that cannot be recycled/reused need to be burned.
7. Tree farms - We need to start planting trees so that we can at least match our consumption. It will also help eliminate the CO2 building in our atmosphere.
8. Water desalination - The massive aquifer in the Midwest is going to run out and that is were most drinking water in the united states in gathered from. We need to prepare for when it is gone so that we can get water that is still safe.
9. Complete government overhaul - The budget and every bill needs to be dissected line by line to eliminate waste, special interest spending, and just plain nonsense that was passed in a different time that no longer applies today.
