What would you pack up on if zombie invading us?

I was going to ask how a zombie could come to life... wouldn't that mean they'd get rid of the zombie virus and be a living person again?

i guess no one here has read Brian Keenes "The Rising"? The zmbi's in his books aren't just mindless "Dawn of the Dead" type of zmbi's. what if these zmbi's are here for one purpose and that's to kill our race so that they can take over this earth just to destroy it? what if they are able to think and act on will, and care very little if at all for the body they are inhabiting? just a thought.

It seems that whenever the dead rise from their graves intent on wiping out civilisation, everyone always looks for a shotgun-based solution. Has anyone actually tried talking things over with the rotting freaks? Perhaps if both sides sat down across a table and just told each other how they feel we could avoid the bloodshed and arrive at a settlement that works for everyone, living and not-so-living alike. And we wouldn't get our brains eaten, which can only be a good thing.

I'd get my family and tell them: get to da choppa!

Considering I've never fired a weapon... Suicide. Face it. You're not all going to be able to destroy everything. And why would zombies be evil, disgusting things? They're people with a lack of flesh.

I would get:

• Lighters
• Lighter fluid
• Rope
• Bottles of water
• Gather my assortment of different long range, and mid range weapons. Guns to be more precise. Tending more to mid range. Auto shotguns.
• Riot Shield and gear + facemask (whole suit! When I need to go out. :P)
• Some sort of packs with medical scissors and alcohol patches and gauze
• Sheet metal, and nails for "boarding" up the house
• Canned food
• Gas and empty bottles

There is more but that is all I can think of for now. :? :P

i've also read " The City of the Dead", and "Dead Sea" i didn't think they were all that bad. i actually enjoyed them all. and if they do come back with some sort of thought and action then were all screwed. don't let them get our weapons:lol: not even a New York skyscraper will save us:P oh yeah the whole animal zmbi thing is quite over the top
