Illinois woman steps in dog poo, goes nuts, gets charged by police

A woman steps outside her apartment, and literally steps in it.:lol:

So she heaves it at her neighbor's door, then pulls a "pick up dog waste" sign and puts it on the neighbor's patio.

The neighbor called the police, and she was charged with disorderly conduct.

The woman isn't sorry at all, says the neighbor should pick up after their dog.
