I need some challenges to do, the last challenge that I had done was: 50 pull ups, push ups, sit ups, and dips (each) in 10 minutes or less. Do you guys/gals have anything for me?

Do a widowmaker... take your 10 rep max on squat and do 20 reps. You can do more reps if you like, but 20 should be hard enough if you chose an appropriate weight. It's also called a breathing squat because you'll be doing a lot of heavy breathing in between the later reps.
You can also do this as a finisher on your leg day, but a lighter weight might be necessary.
