drums are cooler than i once thought, its also a good stress reliever. i recently taught myself some simple beat and fills. and just yestarday i taught myself how to roll on a snare! the snare drum is also addicting.
I like music and I always wanted to play some type of instrument, but I never had enough patience for guitar and I don't have enough money for a drumset, but I'd like to buy a set of my own some day just to obtain another hobby.
naa, the types of drumming I like are very complicated and since I dont drum I can't do them. I can do rap beats but we all know how much work rappers put into their music.
Id like to start seeing as Im crap on guitar and I like to hit things. But theres no way Id be allowed a drum kit. I might buy one when I get my own place.
I'vebeen playing drums for about 6 years now and I feel the need to play them everyday. They are indeed addicting! To anyone thinking of learning the drums, no you don't need a lot of stamina, just some, you have to stay relaxed. Also, just remember the more you play, the more you will want to play! :D
