I'm broke, so as my legs

I woke up today just to find out that I don't have any money whatsoever. I looked under my bed and I searched through my closet, but nothing.

So I walked my way to college, took me an hour or so. Its so freakin' hot and I feel like ****. Don't want to attend any lecture whatsoevver.

Ever used your legs for traveling because you were broke OT?

I walk everywhere I can, but because I like exercise and hate driving, not because of financial concerns.

i walk and run for excercise; I don't drive unless I'm forced to (hey, we actually agree on something Gabu! :lol: )

sounds likea buying a bike be a good investment for you... unlike paying for bus or gas a bike a a one time deal as long as you don't be stupid and hit curve like pro

bike and a bus is how i get to work every day...if it takes you hour walking it shouldn't take you longer then 20 mins or so on a bike at a nice little pace... i'm sure your bus takes more then 20 mins.... sounds like a plus to me don't never relay on zomg wheres the bus or rush to bus stop

i walk to school everday which is about 1 mile

Worse, I've rid the city bus before, and somehow I always ended up next to some fartmaster that smelled like a turd on a hot tire.

I walk just for the fact that everything I need is nearby...the mall, supermarket and job is all within 10 minutes of my house. The only time I bus it is when i have to get to class.

i perferf bike it's more fun lol where i work i go work 5am in moring and it's all up hill so i take a bus but when going home i take a bike unless the weather being stupid

I always walk, and I always go home by foot. But its early morning and I did not feel like it anyway. Also its totally different when you do it for exercise like I do most of the time that when you do it because you can't get a cab :(GazaAli

Well, yes. Obviously if I lived on a farm or something, I'd be pretty ****ed, hence why I don't. :P

thats what i was thinking... a cab no wounder he's broke. only time i would take a cab is if it's already out side of my house and i need to be at work RIGHT AWAY

On topic: I'm used to walking streets and corners sooo.....

I walk a fair bit. Every morning when I go to Uni, I walk 25 minutes in the morning to get the train.

I walk everywhere and i generally dont take rides from friends or family, unless i need to get to someplace urgently. I'm not broke either.

Yes I have walked and taken a bicycle many times because I was broke. It's OK to be broke though going to college. Being broke and going to college is much better than not going to college and working at McDonald's.

I've never had to walk to somewhere because i had no money.

I walk to and from school 5 times a week. That is a total of 4 miles each day and 20 miles per school weeks.

I thought you meant you broke both your legs haha...anyway i always walk if possible, becuase then i dont miss out on the tiny details around me.
