A spanish costume, to be exact. Now I don't know **** about what they wear, since I'm not Spanish. Even my Spanish friend doesn't have a national costume:?. This is damn stupid, if you ask me, forcing students to wear some crazy stuff just because it's some Spanish event. I think some Spanish guys are going over to the school and stuff, talk about suck-ups. So anyway, WTF do I wear? I just want to skip the entire day, if you ask me, especially if there aren't any classes due to the events. *No offense to Spaniards, or anything, btw. I just find this entire thing stupid.

Is this for school or something? They surely can't force you to wear a costume if you don't want to. If anything get a note from your parents or something saying "Leave my child alone"..

I am soooo glad i'm outta school, that sounds really terrible, sorry, I cant help with your costume idea though. Vote for Pedro maybe?

Yeah, it's required. It's a prvate school, so they can do this stuff. *Private schools are a whole lot cheaper over on this side of teh world.

it's spanish isn't it :P Lovely shirts that are either drug or sex themed :D

Lol, it has to be like a national costume, dude. Although I do believe I have a shirt with a spanish print.

My sister is on a similar situation and i think this is really dumb. I mean, people around the world do go around wearing the traditional costumes from they're countries, they probably just wear some jeans and a shirt and that's it. I'm glad I never have to do dumb stuff like that anymore.

I wouldn't wear it. If they suspend you for not wearing an article of clothing that you aren't comfortable wearing, then they're mad. Talk to your parents. Explain your situation. I'm sure they'd help you.

That really sucks, but that's school these days. I was forced to wave an American flag on July 4th, forced to "donate" to the principal's secretary on Secretary's Day, and forced to sing in December for Christmas.

why does it bother you so much you have to wear a costume? sure it's dumb but it won't kill you. sounds to me like you are more scared about being made fun of than anything else. but anyways back on subject, it shouldnt be too hard to think up something stereotypical about a group of people. someone already mentioned matadors. maybe try flamenco clothing.
