Not sure why, but I haven't felt much of a desire to listen to music at all. Reminds me of when I went through a phase where I didn't enjoy video games. Anyone else had this?

yes. I rarely went out of my way to listen to music until about 2-3 years ago. Even now I only listen for background noise. Music just isn't that important to me as it is to some people.

Yeah, can't always be doing something.. You'll come back around to it. Try listening to some bands you haven't before maybe?

Sometimes that happens to me, actually there are times where I've gotten so depressed that I can't play or listen to anything....

It's normal. You just need to find a new band or genre and I'm sure you'll fall in love with it again.

All you need is to spice up your music collection. Listen to different genres, if that doesn't work then don't sweat it. I wasn't a music fan until 2 years ago :P

Its worse, when you want to listen to music, but nothing seems to be truely satisfying.

Like lately for me for some reason to enjoy music it has to be LOUD, like the only thing that I can hear otherwise it just doesnt work right.

I have to many songs to actually allow me to get tired of music, then my friends send me craploads more, so yeah I never get tired of it because I have different genres for different moods.

Maybe you should:

1.) Discover new bands/artsists of genres you currently like

2.) Try out new genres

3.) Buy some awesome headphones and a good source

When I was younger music wasn't a big deal to me at all. It changed around the age of 15, now I love and listen to tons of stuff mostly old stuff rock and country. I pretty much went from cassete tapes right to digital.
