If she doesn't want kids, and you do, then I doubt it will work.

Usually its the other way around...

If you love her then marry her. Even if you never have kids, you will still have a good relationship.

This. You cannot expect that she will change her mind...just like she can't expect that you will no longer want them. You have to decide what is more important: her or kids...you will not change her mind...might happen but doubtful. This is one of the major causes of divorce, along with money issues. My advice is to move on as friends instead of growing to resent her for not wanting kids. I do not want them...took steps to ensure that I will never have them. I know that my future spouse will have to feel the same way...just another part of the filtering process

The fact that you bring up so early in your reletionship makes me reach the conclusion that you're too inexpirenced to even know what a real commitment to somebody means. If your reletionship revolves around the fact you want to have children.. then you probably shouldnt even be in one to begin with.

It won't work unless she wants them... but you could just knock her up without her knowing, if she isn't on the pill just say you put on protection and lie about it... so you could trick her

but anyways, to answer the question, you probably aren't going to be able to change her mind, and you probably aren't going to change your mind about wanting kids, so honestly, it might not work out between yall :/

That is a massive difference in opinion. Maybe stay for a while longer if you think she might change her mind, but if you thinnk theres no way shes gonna change her mind maybe you need to call it off im afraid :(

Although not as numerous as those that do, there are plenty of girls that do not want kids

you are probably right, they would have more time for alone time with you in the end since they won't be tired all the time from having kids running around the house... or at least that is what they say

Not talking trash about your kid. But they just get in the way of "life" for me...I am just too selfish. But they are important...just watch "children of men"...just important for others to have them ;)

Ask yourself this. If she says she will never have babies, would you still enjoy the rest of your life with her as a couple? If it is a nay or a dubius response, you should not ask her to marry. If you are sure that even though you want children, you would have a great life with her, go for it.

It depends on how important having children is to you. If you think having a child will complete your life and is something you REALLY want, then you definitely need to find someone who has the same feelings as you. Sorry. A clash between two people when it comes to children can be fatal to a relationship imo.

Love is not the only thing that defines a relationship. You must have similar life goals as well if you would like to spend the rest of your life with her. Having kids (or not having them) is just one of many things that you need to both agree with. Can you say that in 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years -- you will be okay with being with someone who doesn't want kids (especially if she doesn't change her mind?)

Uh... what? Procreation is a perfectly valid reason for a longterm relationship.

A relationship works better if both sides have the same goal, you want kids becasue they are important to you but she dosen't want kids, maybe you will meet a women in the future who like you wants kids but you will already comitted to your marrage. imo do not marry now, live with her and see if she changes her mind
