So i was just chillin at da crib da other day when i get my check in da mail. see I been grinding real hard but these bosses all they care bout is time. ya no i aint good at bein at da job on time. see I ride da g train into da bronx an gotta fight off poor sobs they be jackin my cubes an pieces. i came in bout noon an da boss got all crazy. he talkin bout responsibilty and stuff, well i just walk out dont say nuthin look real mean. well i got my last check pullin bout 5,000 g. after i pay off my baby's momma im gettin dem new daytonas on my 64 candy paint chevy. talkin bout GET MONEY!gang-bustas

It's called having an intelligent conversation. You want people to take you seriously? You need to type like you are older than a 4 year old. Sometimes I can let spelling and minor grammar mistakes pass, but is it really THAT hard to type out "the" and "ing" ?
