in middle school there was a guy named jeff that loved metallica so me and my buddies called him jeffallica for a long time... he didn't find that too funny
9 out of 10. I choose to not acknowledge The Black Album and everything after. Metallica wasn't really Metallica after Cliff died. Now dont start flaming me about Jason and such, but it was those four guys that got it off the ground and got big. I quote James Hetfield when I say that after Cliff died, "There is no band, its just three guys." ...And Justice For All was a great album, but it was the last of their greats. So from '82 - '89 they were on top of the metal world.
3/5 (6/10). They are an average metal band of which has a very repetitious and bland styIe of playing. They have a handful of good songs but for the most part are only decent.

And Justice For All was an amazing cd I think.but you are right, after he died its just not the same anymore.
