Um so for 6 million there will be no snow in Moscow. Kinda sucks in my opinion. Snow is awesome.

With my experience, I think this can be a breakthrough for Moscow. With all the traffic jams, smog and crowdness, snow slush makes everything so much nastier. But speaking in Moscow residence areas, I thinkitwould be a catastrophe to lose such a marvelous natural gift.

Have you ever been in Moscow during the winter? I was once, and after that I fully support the idea of Mayor. It was january and after a snow storm the roads were blocked for several hours. And we are talking about the capital city not some 3rd rate village.
