In need of some brutal pranks to play on my mates

Me and some friends are heading up to my mates place for schoolies and 3 (out of 9) of us wunna play a little game with them. I want brutal pranks, brutal but not the type that will hurt them in any physical way (physical being the key term). I have already planned a prank were it involves my death in a very aggressive way (Only me and 1 other friend are in on it), but just in case that doesn't freak them out enough I want some really brutal and intelligent pranks. While hes asleep, Surgecally place a Pencil in his Urethra. Then when he goes to the bathroom "Hmm I can pee, and I feel like its burning when I try, why is that?" yourun in dressed up as a bear and you punch him really hard and say"HAHA I put a pencil in your Urethra!"

Ok not really what I was looking for. I want scary pranks, horrific pranks. Ok for example the prank involving my violent death goes like this.

My friend thats in on the prank is going to dress up like a drifter (hes a stocky bloke so it makes him look more menacing) and he will be wielding a machete. As for the chance a friend will try to call the cops we are going to take their phones and disconnect any other form of communication and why not while were at it the power is going too.

Any way my friend is going to lead them outside by using my screams for help as the lure. When they get out side I while fall off of the roof (it's a 2 story house so I will be on the 1st floor roof). My body will be doust in blood and guts with some effects for wounds and stuff. This will surely scare the hell out off the rest of my friends and when they turn around to look at the roof there will be my friend clutching the machete that has my blood dripping from it.

So is that scary enough? but i still want it to get alot more scary.

Yes but I would gladly go through a little pain just to see my friends absolutely s*** themselves and freak out thinking there is a murderer in the house.
