In your opinion, what makes someone an OT vet?

since this isOT ill keep it all to OT

so what makes someone an OT vet, in your opinion?

me i have no idea. id say once you got like 2 years under your belt and a good amount of posts, you would be considered a vet.

the amount of posts,in a way, shows that you know your way around the rules and such. the level shows how long and active you have been.

though i will say posts dont always represent a poster. some posters just spam alt making their post count go up fast but meaning nothing.

it comes to a happy medium between posting/lurking.

you can learn alot by lurking.

so what do you think makes a user an OT vet?

I think you' re a vet konvict. Level 50 and I pretty much consider you a strong force in OT. Maybe these should be the circumstances for someone to be a vet.

I don't understand why being banned has anything to do with it. Although I only have 5000 or so posts i've still never been banned because I never posted anything offensive and I never tried to go around the filter. And this is before they loosened up.

members who post on OT for a very long time ( 3-5 years minimum) ,example LJ and many others. I'm lvl 62 , but i started visiting OT only from last year so i'm not a vet inspite my level.

My posts are so few...but I concentrate on quality, not quantity.

i been creeping in the forums since i was 16 and I started posting when I was around 17 "I'm 21 now" and I've been given the ban hammer before but have been revived because i'm so awesome. But war....war never changes

I've been here since 2004 and still haven't hit 10K posts. Where the hell are you people racking up your post counts to 10K+ in a little over a year for some of you? That's crazy.:shock:
