I dont know, but I'm pretty sure I'm not counted as a "rookie" here anymore......4 years is wayy too long.

Probably about 5000 posts, your not so new here anymore. But anyone can spam up to 2000 easily, even 5000, but if they spam up to 5000, then they must have way too much time on their hands, and shouldn't really be a rookie anymore

But it doesn't really matter. Different people here see what it takes to be a rookie different. Who cares if others see them as a rookie?

I guess one or two months, 500+ posts and at least one religion, music, girlfriend, abortion, console war argument under your belt would make you more than a rookie.domatron23

uhm, when you can anticipate every thread type on OT before you click on it under your bookmarks or favorites or whatever you use to get to OT. then you're pretty OT-Vet imo.

in general, you stop being a GS rookie when you've seen the site undergo a few changes, begin to postulate miyamoto's next crazy outfit at E3, or when you've spent more time on the site than you care to tell anyone in casual conversation.

i only have 1k posts but i've been here since november 05. i remember because i started, like most rookies do, in system wars. sigh. good times. wait. no. awful times.

When you stop making rambling arguments in religion threads and start making more productive, interesting posts. But that's just my opinion.
