I assume they weren't completely ignorant on the high probability of birth defetcs. The only problem I have is the fact that they had four babies while bearing that in mind. Seems morbid to me.

Who gives a damn? Let them **** each other as they wish. Let them have kids even though you think they should. If it doesn't affect you, why do you care?

Hm. Can't say it's entirely right to judge them, at the same time having kids in that situation isn't right either. Still, somehow I imagine they'll be better parents then a hell of a lot of others.

Yeah, I agree, leave them alone but to an extent: they shouldn't have kids with birth defects. It's mean to the kids.

Anyway, I don't see anything wrong with incest as long as those involved use protection (no children), precisely because of the risk of genetic defects, it just seems incredibly selfish to me that they had 4 children even though they knew their health might be compromised. They can love each other all they want, they're not harming anyone and shouldn't be forbidden from doing so, but if they really wanted to have children so badly they should have adopted.

Eh no different from same sex relationships, just a bit of a social taboo. IF people are gonna fight for equality better bring them along for the ride.

I'm not going to go having babies with family members, but I don't see any real problem with it. Before the law against it, I'm sure it was perfectly common.
