I weight train after jogging two miles. I have a feeling that I shouldn't do that. Can I jogg in the morning and then do my weight training at night or just do it on a completely different day?

it all depends on you and your body and how much it can take. i suggest you do them on separate days though.

I run for an hour and do my weight training right after. There's nothing wrong with doing them in the same session.

There's no reason why you wouldn't be able to do it.
