Who has insomnia? I do... I stay up all night, can't sleep. If I do sleep, It's only for a few hours. I have Taekwondo class in four hours, have to go hang out with my new friends in 8 hours and a bunch of other things. Busy day tomorrow, plus no sleep :/

Haven't slept for 28 hours.

I don't have insomnia thankfully but I am staying up until like 6-7 in the morning today. I've been awake for 16 hours now, not much.

It's common for me not to be able to sleep all night even after working all day long then going to the gym and having taekwondo practice too.

I do experience insomnia sometimes... It sucks if you can't sleep.

Undoubtedly, its your addiction to the PC more than anything that's keeping you awake.

I used to have insomnia. If you want to get rid of it, do some exercise -- that's what helped me go back to sleep.
