Insomniac Games Joins The Chorus Against Trump's Immigration Ban

With Trump's recent Immigration ban that opponents argue violates our 1st amendment freedom of religion with its bias toward Christians and the 5th amendment right to due process. Of course many more have come out in disgust. Now Insomniac Games joins the chorus against the ban. Insomniac Games released a statement in a video on the subject,

"At Insomniac, we employ people of all national origins and religious faiths," a fact he believes is core to Insomniac's ability to "help make the world a better place through the stories we tell."

"We at Insomniac games stand united in strongly opposing President Trump's immigration ban," Price said. "There's no question that these orders will harm us as a company, and many of our team members. So we ask: is this the American way? Is discriminating based on religious faith or national origin American? Absolutely not. This is a deplorable, discriminatory act that we and many others across the nation believe is patently unconstitutional. We have been, we are, and we will always be a nation of immigrants."

If youd like, Insomniac wishes supporters to contact local congress representatives to make their voices heard, and to support other organizations in creating opposition campaigns.

It's a beautiful mixture of virtue signalling and being triggered.

And it's also incredibly moronic. Notice how nearly everyone there is white anyways? A couple of asians, a couple of brown-ish looking people, but mostly just a bunch of guilty white liberals.

Can you imagine how embarrassing it would be if your company forced you to take a picture in support of their political policies? They obviously keep their staff on a short leash (and select people based on beliefs, which is hilarious considering their "diversity" mantra). Clearly not so diverse, are they?

And what does religion have to do with it? Obama picked these countries, not Trump. They're selected based on their risk, not because they have Muslims (otherwise the list would be much different). These are countries Obama has been waging war in, with drone strikes, etc. Keep in mind, it's almost impossible to properly vet these people anyways. Liberals must think they keep amazingly organized and extensive paper trails on all their citizens in 3rd world countries (buncha dummies).

1)A studio named Insomniac Games is shown to be rabidly anti-American. I have never heard of the studio name itself but since it's short and relatively unoriginal, it must have been copyrighted a long time ago, thus there's a chance that the studio is well established and it's SJW antics very influential.
2) I feel butt hurt because I'm not rabidly anti-American.
3) I find out that the games which the studio have created sucks and don't have any influence at all.

Because the insinuation is that anti-immigration is anti-diversity. Otherwise what is their complaint about?

And how is this an "immigration ban"? It's focused on countries that are risky. It has nothing to do with immigration as a whole - USA still accepts immigration from most of the world. Just now a small handful of the most risky countries to us are temporarily excluded.

So Insomniac - where's the diversity? If they're so pro-immigration, where are the Syrian refugees? Where are the practicing Muslims? There are no hijabs and burka's in sight.

You think Iraq, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Sudan, Libya and Somalia are predominantly white countries? LMAO

What do white people have to do with this "immigration" ban? Few people immigrating from these countries are white.

If they're pro-immigration towards the countries that are banned, where are the people from the countries in their business? Looks mostly like white descendants of Europe to me (who aren't excluded in any way).

Good for them! It makes me sad that I don't really play many of their games though. This is the perfect time for companies to follow suit and gain some publicity in the process! It goes to a good cause and earns you popularity, it's win, win!

I don't know what the Left would do if he really did something wrong. I hear all these state attorney generals saying he is violation of the Constitution. Maybe they should read the Constitution, all they are doing is playing to a crowd of uniformed people. Everything President Trump has done is perfectly legal according to the Constitution including the firing of the temporary Attorney General who was an Obama political hack who put politics above the law.

He said he's confident it's going to, but how exactly will this harm his company or staff? He doesn't explain that at all. I mean, he's keen to highlight that he has a diverse and global team, ranging from Sophie, through Leroy, all the way as far out as Jason, but what we have here is basically a roomful of concerned looking beardy men doing a bit of vague and ineffectual moaning.

I support their right to speak against the current immigration freeze even though I don't agree with most of their points.

Also, it would be interesting to know how many people standing in that group were given a choice to opt out of standing there because they aren't against Trump's order.

ignoring the fact the most of the world's muslims aren't affected by the travel ban. It's literally just a small handful of countries half of which are already on the US's state sponsors of terrorism list and and/or failed states.

It's pretty terrible when people have such insane knee jerk reactions to everything that I actually have to defend Donald Trump's policies. Who is fucking awful by the way, but that's not the point.

I don't agree with or support the immigration ban. Not in line with our values as a country. I dont mind a waiting period for proper vetting, but I think that already takes place.
