Internet Age Check- Do you really put in your age?

EverytimeI visit a site to download game trailers or even official game websites they always ask for an age check, i mean i would put in my own age once or twice but after that it'll just get completely annoying. Do people actually put their birth dates in or they type in random dateseg. 03/03/1903, I mean thats completely stupid, even a 12 year old would know to type in a completely random age that ould satisfy the bypassand how in any way does that protect the people who are underage in any way? Not only that it also p***es the ***** out of the people who are actually the correct age.

its easier to just change the year to a random early one. and i like to take the easy path.

I avoid websites that consantly ask me for my age. I used to watch AVGN on GameTrailers, and it made me put in my age for every single video. This was so ridiculous, because I was signed in with my account, which had my birthday. Why couldn't it have just had a "Confirm Birthday" button, or better yet, just automatically confirm my birthday based on my account information?

I never put my real one in. I'm 20 and it is easier to say I was born in the 1980's, but keep my birthday as the 1st of Jan

Usually it's just for a movie I'm watching (R Rated), I'm old enough to watch it so I just put the year in. I leave the Month and Day as 1/1.

I'm old enough, but don't care enough to properly fill in my exact age.

It's not necessary for me to put in a fake birth date anymore, but of course I did before then.
