I have used Chromium for two months now to see what all the hoopla is all about while I wait for the final version of FF4. I must say, its a really good browser but it isnt better than Firefox. Firefox remains the real, true customize browser with the BEST addons that are better integrated in the browser than Chrome. I'm currently using the beta and I notice no speed difference from Chromium 10.0.628.0. Also, why the heck does every addon from Chrome need to know my browsing history?

Firefox and Chrome are both good. Chrome would be my choice in most circumstances though Firefox has some powerful plugins that are useful now and then.

Needless to say, I'm flattered, scorch. ;) Or perhaps it's the fact that you feel the need to make a thread every time an Opera developer decides to breathe.
Using chrome this second, also downloading Firefox this very second. I'll tell you why I'm switching back to Firefox, yet again, the reason is because Chrome is a buggy piece of ****, it breaks compatibility on far too many websites.
Firefox eats most of my RAM and has been dirt slow the past couple of versions, so even though I use it most of all, I'd recommend against it for now, unless your computer's up to date. I don't like the user interface to Chrome, but it's fast and works (even though the home page www.google.com has trouble loading on startup, which is weird, because none of the other browsers have trouble finding google when it's their home page, go figure). Opera's fast and doesn't slow my computer down, and I like its user interface, so I recommend it.
