Internet explorer 9 tab problem

when ever i opena new tab it opens to http://www.searchqu.com/406,right now i want it to return to openingthe about tabs page so i can return to sites that i forgot its adressto,so how can i fix this problem?

its in german and i dont understand german,i need a guidedsolution

first when i said its in german i meant the help thing from microsoft's site andmyEI is in english its just the website in german,second i solved my problem by reseting the browser and thats it
