Whenever I open Internet Explorer it says that the Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. But I have my internet on and can use other browsers perfectly. This is disrupting a lot of programs such as Itunes, Windows Media Player. Can anyone help? I think it might be my firewall. :/

I don't use Intenet Explorer. The problem messes up the programs that require an internet connection. That is why I need to fix this.

If it might be your firewall, then why not check to see if it is?

Can you uninstall IE? Last I checked, you couldn't. It was considered as part of the OS. Have things changed or something?

I must admit I thought you could uninstall it. It's news to me that you literally can't.

From what I understand, the latest version of IE has major problems. You should uninstall it right away.
