Invisibility?

Cmon! Ive been thinking and that's a weak superpower! Could barely do jack.....people would see the big screen t.v. floating out of the store!!! I can't think of anything productive to do with it besides scare the mess outta people....not to mention I'd prolly get hit by a car or something...trijity

To shrink... and to not be able to grow back to regular size again.

Know what else would be a weak superpower? Transparency, just like the John the Martian from The Justice League or that girl from the X-Men series. Seriously, what would happen if you "solidified" inside a wall or something? And wouldn't you just fall through the ground the second you became transparent?

i'd plan something really big. i'd pour gasoline around a mall before it opens, so no one sees me. i set it on fire so anyone inside has to evacuate. i then proceed to load my car with junk while everyone is running away distracted by the firelonewolf604

Except for the fact that the mall would quickly be engulfed in a massive inferno.

Also, how would you escape the mall if you're surrounded by a massive wall of fire? How would ANYBODY else escape?

I would like the ability to become invisible and walk through walls and also have the ability to touch any object and make it invisible and make it go through walls.one_on_one

What if you wanted to make something visible & solid again? You wouldn't be able to see it nor touch it afterwards.

No that's what I meant but didn't type down in more detail. Make objects become invisible and go through walls with you then make the reappear and make everything normal whenever you choose.

Invisibility is not the safest super-power. Even if you are invisible, you can still get hurt, trapped or confined and even killed in the end because you're not invulnerable and bullet-proof. That is why invulnerability, impregnability or the ability to withstand and endure great physical force is the most pragmatic ability IMO. Superman and Silver Surfer come to my mind.

I'd give almost anything to be invulnerable just for one day. With invulnerability like that of Superman's virtually nothing can hurt you. Guns, knifes, fire, flames and heat, bombs and explosives, electricity, barbed wire fences (here and here), falls from tremendous heights and friction can't hurt and kill you and even the less serious things like thorns and stinging and biting insects like scorpions and snakes.
