I know it's not specifically on topic, but I'd strongly suggest looking into the Motorola Droid. I'm very interested in it, and I don't have to switch carriers to get it either. I'm on Verizon, and even though an iPhone is tempting to me, I don't really want to switch over to AT&T.
But to stay on topic, I'd say BlackBerry (Storm2), just because I don't want to switch from Verizon to AT&T.
iPhone all the way. Tinkering with tiny keys will ultimately prove to be as unpopular as Nextel/Moto iDen walky BS turned out to be.
If you're looking for a smartphone for business/professional purposes, go Blackberry.
If you're looking for a smartphone for media/entertainment purposes, go iPhone.
Of course, you should check the network quality in your area of the carriers before locking into a carrier if you're not yet comitted to one or the other. Blackberry's can be found on Verizon and AT&T. iPhone is AT&T only.
