Both say the same thing when they greet? Each other or other people?
Because if it's each other, they both usually say stuff like "die!" and "that's MY holy land!" and "my religion is right and yours is wrong!"

I'm pretty sure that's not greeting. Anyway, everyone here is afraid of a Israel and Iran alliance. They'll rule the middle east.

That will never happend....They are two polar opposites.
It's like saying... "Britain and terrorism will rule the world"

All they have to say is shalom or salom and they will know what they mean.
Iran will attempt to destroy Israel, but will fail. It is prophesied in the Bible. TrueReligion_
In Matt 24:34 Jesus reportedly predicts that the end of the world and all the fantastic "signs" he describes will occur within the lifetimes of the "current generation" or those currently living at the time Jesus spoke those words. If there is any doubt, it is clarified with far greater specificity in I Thessalonians 4:15-17, that this refers to those contemporaneously living. Yet that generation died off and the second coming and all the signs and wonders of the end times have not been fulfilled and, like all previous generations, is still being waited for by our current generation.

The bible is a good novel, but people who take it seriously are mentally ill.
A good novel? Can you prove that it's just a good novel?

I love making people prove their opinions.

Yeah, I read it and I enjoyed it. Pretty epic stories.

I do find it desturbing that people have no faith in there being a peaceful resolution between the two. If we all damn it, will be remain damned.rimnet00
For progress, there needs to be a resolution of religious beliefs keeping the two apart. There also needs to be a regine change in Iran. Both aren't going to happen anytime soon.

ehh....it would require both countries to completely change their current beliefs. just because we beleive it can happen doenst mean it will.
Not going to happen....it would be nice if they'd just co-exist. Forget friends.
Edit: I'm quite tired of spaces between words disappearing.:x
Well, I think that in this case Iran openly saying they want to bomb Isreal off the face of the earth is irrelevent as they both have the same greeting... Seriously speaking though they don't have to be friends, just so long as they aren;t killing eachother its an acceptable stance.Samwel_X
They are just playing. When an Iranian guy says 'i want to bomb you off the planet' you should be honored because he just said he charrshes his friendship with you.

Smooth. :D
In human history, the quickest way to have peace is unite the people under one banner. So, I say let these groups have a big war and be done with it. Whoever is left will have no one to fight and there will be some peace until they split into groups again.
Seriously, though, why should they be friends? On a Gamespot forum, we have people trolling and flaming. We have people who play different games on different platforms getting all mad at each other and calling names. If a Sony fans, Nintendo fans, and Microsoft fans can't even be friends, why should Iranians and Israelis do?
