Is anyone else getting sick of seeing these stupid meme faces?

Just a little pet peeve of mine. All these meme faces are driving me insane, particularly due to how frequently I see them and/or how irrelevant they are.

So why are they so damn popular?

I wish I still had the unveiling of trollface from behind the guy fawks mask thread from /b/ saved but that was 2 hard drives ago and I don't frequent /b/ anymore. I doubt it ever gets repasted any more anyway.

Anytime I see someone throwing around Shoop Da Whoop or Trollface or anything similiar, I immediately label them as a scum-sucking peasant.

This whole "Troll"-stuff is something I find rather tiresome and annoying. It's like, why even spend time on a forum discussing games only to post generic jokes and taunts like "umad?". If there is something more time-wasteful than discussing on an internet board, it has to be posting these generic meme replies/pictures on an internet board. Why even bother when you have nothing to add to a discussion except spamming oneliners.

There funny when used at the right time but like so many other things it starts to get ruined when everybody starts using them.

I never cared for the drawn memes, other than Y U NO. I do, however, enjoy the other memes that have people or animals. Ex: Scumbag Steve, Success Kid, etc.
