No, I do not believe he is the anti-christ but what I do believe is that Barack Obama is going to be the 44th President of the United States and there's nothing those racists who don't want him there can do about it.

EDIT: just to clarify, not all anti-Obama people are racist, I'm just referring to the racist ones.

First off. I already see one problem with the first fact.

Obama's father is not a Muslim. He later became an atheist.

I'm still watching.

How does that make him the anti-christ? I don't do that either (as apparently that's what Americans do and my friend said Canadians don't do that so I stopped lmao) and I'm surely not the anti-christ.

Now here comes the mention of the Muslim school. First off, I don't know why I'm tolerating this.

There is nothing wrong with Obama's father being Muslim, but he isn't. There is nothing wrong with Obama going to a Muslim school. I will be proud when the U.S. has a Muslim President, particularly one that supports my value. Obama is none of these.

A lot of these claims are debunked in this Snopes article.

Genetic_Code

From different books that he wrote.

From Dreams of My Father:'I ceased to advertise my mother's race at the age of 12 or 13, when I began to suspect that by doing so I was ingratiating myself to whites.'

From Dreams of My Father :'I found a solace in nursing a pervasive sense of grievance and animosity against my mother's race.'

From Dreams of My Father:'There was something about him that made me wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And white.'

From Dreams of My Father:'It remained necessary to prove which side you were on, to show your loyalty to the black masses, to strike out and name names.'

From Dreams of My Father:'I never emulate white men and brown men whose fates didn't speak to my own. It was into my father's image, the black man, son of Africa , that I'd packed all the attributes I sought in myself , the attributes of Martin and Malcolm, DuBois and Mandela.'

And FINALLY the Most Damning one of ALL of them!!!

From Audacity of Hope:'I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.'

Oh, and another thing. Just because you don't know something a person does not mean that person is the Anti-Christ. There are a lot of people that you don't know, so don't assume for a minute that Obama is the Anti-Christ because you think he's a Muslim, even though Islam is actually a peaceful religion when practiced correctly. Your logic here is really dumb. If Obama is a Muslim and a future leader of the U.S., when what would that make all the Islamic leaders in the Middle-East? There's so many people you can pin the Anti-Christ label on and yet you choose Obama and by doing so, display a great deal of Islamophobia? I don't care if you are offended when I call you a racist.

-Ninja_Dog-

He was 12. I was a deeply seated sexist when I was 12 and somewhat of a racist. A lot of people change. Let's give the man a break for actually being honest. Remember that he never had his father when growing up. He met him only once. Because of his absence, he took pride in his black skin. It's common for a child without a parent to want to be more like the parent that they never had.

And FINALLY the Most Damning one of ALL of them!!!

From Audacity of Hope:'I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.'

-Ninja_Dog-

You're missing a key point there. If anything, I find Obama's statement to be slightly Islamophobic, because Obama is suggesting that he wouldn't stand with the Muslims, unless they were the best alternative, as though they were some last resort.

Being called a racist is the fartherist thing from my mind.

This man has done nothing but speak about hope, ala Hitler and people buy into it hook line a sinker.

Its strange to see what this man believes in and who he follows and no one seems to care, but to simply say that he is eloquent when he speaks.

Would you prefer it if he told the people that they're screwed and that there's nothing they can do about it?

Oh, and get your facts correct. I did some research on your last quote and found that it is actually a perversion. The actual quote is this:

"Of course, not all my conversations in immigrant communities follow this easy pattern. In the wake of 9/11, my meetings with Arab and Pakistani Americans, for example, have a more urgent quality, for the stories of detentions and FBI questioning and hard stares from neighbors have shaken their sense of security and belonging. They have been reminded that the history of immigration in this country has a dark underbelly; they need specific reassurances that their citizenship really means something, that America has learned the right lessons from the Japanese internments during World War II, and that I will stand with them should the political winds shift in an ugly direction."

Intellectual curiosity ? Lets have some intellectual reality, for wrong or right Muslims feel like the "west" is the root of all their problems. If Mr. Obama feels this way in the slightest it may not bode well for the west.

Intellectual curiosity is the ability to challenge your preconceptions and critically examine evidence in as unbiased a way as you can manage, especially by looking up related evidence before coming to a conclusion (such as the full context of that quote). I think it's pretty darn evident that you are not doing that, and are instead simply trying to justify whatever conclusion you had already made based on the evidence before you.

3. Therefore, Obama is like Hitler.

If you looked at the full context of that quote you provided where Obama says he will stand by the Muslims, there is quite literally no way that you could have logically came to any interpretation other than the one I proposed.

The fact that you did is effectively proof positive that you already had your mind made up and are now simply searching for whatever evidence you can find to justify that preformed conclusion. That's pretty much the definition of a lack of intellectual curiosity: a complete unwillingness to view evidence in any light other than one supportive of your predefined conclusions.

This country is based on christian beliefs. And many Muslims despise this country. It is quite frighting that the man that could be president would align himself with those that would wish harm against it.

We never know much about our candidates. If McCain had won the election eight years ago and then instituted the policies he supports now, we would feel shocked and betrayed. But people still call him a maverick with a straight face.

Then that implies that the Muslims must have done something very bad to receive so much discrimination and hatred so therefore i hope they aren't defended by the President if such a travesty has occurred because of them. With Caucasians becoming a minority i don't see any other way the country can come out of no where and go on a wild bigotry riot.

Well you said that Obama is aligning himself with those who wish harm against it, since you assert that America is based on Christian beliefs. Seems to me that all Muslims would be doing that, then. Otherwise, what does it matter whether or not Obama is a Muslim?

When the Japanese bombed Pearl Harbor, was that the fault of the Japanese people living in America? Did they deserve the internment they received?

You're acting as if "the Muslims" are one huge hive mind. That seems a little strange.

I just wrote about how I still see the good in people and then I see this. I mean seriously? I don't believe in any of Obama's ideas and I still think that this is ridiculous.

Obama's not the anti-christ and I do think he make a better president because if McCain won, he probably send everybody to war until there's none of us left.

Wow, that video reminded me of Nazi propaganda back in the 30s.

"FACT: His father was a MUSLIM from KENYA!", "FACT: He went to a MUSLIM school as a child!"

Land of opportunity indeed.

No one cares what he says or does. Weird.

I kind of lost interest as soon as that guy claimed he invented the internet.

Acemaster27

As the name would suggest he would be a christian who would destroy there own religion from within.

I think if you truly wanted to achieve such a goal being the anti-christ though you'd first have to become pope in my opinion, you'd have absolute power pretty much over night.

Correct me if I'm wrong isn't the anti christ someone who puts himself before God? Obama really hasn't done that..lets just think about that fact that many popes have been called the anti christ as well. It's just an over hyped label that is used by religious fanatics.

Why do so many brainwashed Christians insist on associating politics with religion at every chance that they get? Keep your nonsense to yourselves, and don't bring up your fairy tales in serious matters.
