Is Carlos Mencia funny?

I don't think so. All he does is scream, "Beaner"! He thinks hes so funny, bad, and outrageous for saying things that arn't even that bad.

I particularly don't find him funny.

A lot of comedians including George Lopez and such have accused him several times for stealing their material.

To top it all he is not even really a Mexican. His name is Ned something.

Oh and back on topic.. he is not very funny.

If you find the words "Beaner," "Wetback," and "De De Dee" funny, then sure.

If you find stolen and recycled jokes funny, then sure.

If you think the same type of jokes you've heard from other, funnier and more charismatic comedians mixed with a load of pseudo intellectual bull plop, funny. Then be my guess.

Hey, that's not a dig at the C.B.'s. Just saying, the Browns just might not be as bad as people think. Especially not worthy enough to make the statement I previously quoted. I probably would've gone for. "He's about as funny a comedian as the US is good at Rugby."

I agree Ish, Chapelle is awesome. Besides anyone that's seen half baked or his live stuff knows he isn't all about race.

And yes, I agree, he isn't as good as Richard Pryor. For me, Carlin and Pryor are about equal, but I've never seen a comedian beat either.

I loved Pryor. And my only experiences with Carlin were when i saw him in the Jay and Silent Bob movies.

His Spanish comedy is better. Why? There are more inside jokes when he speaks Spanish, and it's HILARIOUS xDChicaQueenWarGa
