is futurama not as funney as it used to be

i ve been watching the new episodes recently and while they have been downright hilariouse i still cant help but feel like the show has lost a little bit of its edge. like the original serise would be a 9.5 while this is just a 9. it just feels like its not as crazy as before and the episodes dont have the same replayability the original had. it feels like they used most of the jokes in their 4 movies

what do you think?

The new episodes are no where near as funny as the older ones, in my opinion.

I think all the episodes have been good but one.

i thought the first one was one of the best episodes theyve had but after that they seemed to dive into more serious parts apossed to funney

There's a definite drop in quality. Though it tends to be fairly inconsistent in quality on an episode to episode basis, the latest episode with time travel was really great IMO.

same, the ending literally blew my mind :lol:

The latest Futurama episode was as good as the old ones, I knew Futurama was going to get better and better with time.6_volts

The only real memorable quote was the one about shooting Hitler out the window... but then they ruined it with the Eleanor Roosevelt follow-up.

I'm really enjoying the last season, I'm no critic and I have no intention to be one; I look to have fun with Futurama and every episode has made my day:

I like them but nothing beats the previous seasons.

I agree. They are definitely still funny, but that couple years of absence have taken their toll. The show doesn't quite feel the same anymore.

I never thought it to be laugh out loud funny, but it just made me say to myself "Thats funny."

Still entertaining anyway.

I think all of the futurama's are good, I was actually pleasantly surprised by the new ones. I expected them to be terrible like how i concider the modern simpsons, but they are quite good.
