no, not at all. Do you have any idea about how many proo athletes play videogames a lot. They admit to playing all the time and they aren't nerds. Plus it's harder to find a teen that never plays videogames then one that plays a lot.
I think games like Billy and the algebra monster is what you can call nerdy, and gamers who like Gears could be labeled as agressors, and gamers who like games like viva pinata couls be labeled as caregivers. SEE MY POINT?

More like downright impossible... a lot of teens play at least some games; as they get older, there will probably be more and more mainstream appreciation of video games.
Nerd= Someone considered boring because of their obsessive hobby or narrow solitary interests= super hardcore gamers who sleep 2 a weeek!!! The word nerd is often sterotyped and banalised... that pisses me off coz i know that anyone can be a gamer and be good at the "things that nerds should be useless at".
Honestly I do feel like a nerd sometimes coz i'm like the only one in the class whose really into games and being singled out like that kinda gives you that impression. Gaming is a talent and is for everyone!
If you mean "Is gaming for those individuals who are intelligent, unconventional, and not valuing aggression over brains; instead of those who are the opposite--those who will never have as hot of a girlfriend or as good of a house and salary as the nerd?" Then the answer is yes.
