Is it considered weird or bad for a 18 year old girl to date a 16 year old guy?

When it's the other way around people don't seem to care. When a girl who just turned 18 is dating a guy who is 16, is that considered weird or wrong?

no one cares if the boy is the one who is not legal. Just like how when this 11 year old boy was stripped naked by 8th grade girls and posted to youtube, no one cared, but if it was 3 8th grade boys stripping an 11 year old girl, then the whole world cries.

It isn't that bad... I had a friend who dated a girl three years older than him, when we were in high school. HE was the man!

It is weird, because females of that age tend to be a lot more mature than males of the same age bracket (let alone those below), so they tend not to find the younger males as suitable candidates.foxhound_fox

Its perfectly fine, I dated a girl who was 17 and then turned 18. For like half a year I was 17 after that. Nothing bad happened.

Yeah one of my friends is 16 and he is dating a older chick. They worship him at school.

It's not bad, but strange. Why would a girl in college want to date some high schooler? Especially with the difference in maturity being the highest between the ages of 16 and somewhere in the early to mid 20's. You'd think a girl would want an older college guy or at least someone her age in college. I guess there's always some weirdness out there to offset the norm.

No i dont think its weird the age difference is minimuim and usally girls date older guys, but then again it depends from person to person but i am ok with that,
