Is it ethnically diverse where you live?

Here in my town, whites make up roughly 90% of my city, and whites make up about 95% of my state, so yeah... :P

What about you guys?

It's not too diverse here. Shame. I only know one other Hispanic person in this area besides me. It's mostly white and black. I like places that are really diverse.

Now that I think about it, the area I live in is mostly white. But I'd say that Philadelphia, overall, is fairly diverse.

well, my parents are divorced, and my mom lives in georgetown ontario, which is a really white community compared to everything around us, and my dad lives in toronto, the most multicultural place in canada.

St. Louis is pretty diverse, but all the neighborhoods are segregated. So in a sense yes and no.

~54% white, ~41% black, ~8% Latino, ~2% Asian, for a whopping 105%.

The area that I live in would be around 99.99% white.

LOL no, my city of 100,000+ is 99% white. And the metro area is 88% white. Luckily its a College town so @ least the University has a higher percentage of diversity.

Hey hey, Vancouverite here too. Mostly. I live in Coquitlam, however. In my area, it's a lot of Chinese and Korean (a lot of the residents), Iranians (or others from the Middle East), and Indian make up the majority of the population, I think. There are a good number caucasian, but when I'm thinking about it, I usually see a lot more Asian/Persian. It's weird, there are barely any black people, but a drive down the hill, and there's more in that school than I've ever seen in my own.

I live in Bellevue, WA, which apparently is 74% white, 17% Asian, 2% black, 0.3% native American, 0.2% Pacific islander, 3% other, and 3% mixed.

Sydney, Australia... very diverse. I've had one white friend my entire life. :/

not really, im pretty much the only white in my suberb, they are mainly asian but at least they are well educated

I live in South London, I guess it's diverse, although I'm pretty sure white people are a minority. In central London though you almost never see two people of the same skin colour next to each other....

There are lots of different races here where I am. I live in Los Angeles.

There aren't many Asians but there are plenty of Black people.

94% of my high school is white the other 6% either hispanic or black. There aren't any asians around here... no, where I live isn't very diverse at all.

Yeah, it's a pretty diverse city--African Americans, Hispanics, Arab Americans, Caucasian Americans, Asian Americans, and a few others. What's weird for us is that while it's diverse, we are also pretty segregated at the same time. Usually staying within our own areas, living separately--(Asian Vilage, Mexican Town, Greektown, etc.) Hopefully, my city will get pass that mess in the future.
