Wow. I dont really have problems with them being too short or tall.
I'm a 5'6 13 year old and a lot of girls my age are my height or taller. But it's true some are really short. I also remember reading something about how living conditions affect height. Back in the 1800's the environment and living conditions were cleaner and less populated, resulting in taller people. Something like that.

Yeah, I've noticed too, though for both sexes. In the year below me at my school, some of the kids are like 5' 2", about 5' 4" on average. It's kinda worrying actually. :?

No, people are getting taller. Ever gone to an old castle? Have you seen the size of the steps in the stairways? I have to go on my tip toes each time I climb them.
I dont think there is anything happening with the girls. I see a lot of lanky teenage boys mind. I'm insactly 6ft and that's suppose to be tall, but there has been 17 year olds who are 6.5 lurking around college.
when my cousin came out here from L.A (CA) a little person gave him a lap dance in the bar.... keep in mind my cousin is 6'5 and i was laughing because i have never seen a little person swing around the way she did we took picks and im still waiting for him to send them
